01Is Ping a CRM, a workflow tool, or something else?
Ping orchestrates the work: enquiries, qualification, deals, onboarding, repeat campaigns. But the product experience is conversational. You talk to it. It answers, surfaces what’s slipping, and runs the actions you confirm. Closer to ”an operator that knows your business” than a CRM you have to log into.
02How long does it take to set up?
We map your existing workflows to Ping during onboarding, which takes a few sessions over one to two weeks. You’re using Ping from day one. By the end of week two, your team is running the daily work inside it.
03What if my business needs a workflow you don’t have?
The five workflows cover most service businesses end-to-end. If your business genuinely needs something different, like a bespoke flow, a unique route, or an integration with another tool, that’s the Custom plan. We scope it on the discovery call.
04My team isn’t technical. Will they actually use it?
